Kindly take note of the followings when making your orders :

1. All orders should be made AT LEAST 14 DAYS before (not inclusive of Saturday & Sunday) the commencement of CNY to ensure a prompt delivery to your designated location, especially faraway places, as well as to avoid delivery delay due to invalid address, error in address, addresses not contactable & etc.)

a. Once the pre-CNY delivery dates have been missed, all deliveries could only be continued after the fifth day of CNY when the courier staff members resume their work. (Chinese calendar 1st to 15th is still consider as Chinese New Year)
2. Please DO NOT fax or email TWICE for the same order, as it may result in double billing. STRICTLY NO REFUND if that happens.

3. Once the order has been made and confirmed, any CANCELLATION must be made WITHIN 24 hours. After 24 hours, 100% of the order amount will be charged and no refund is permitted.

a. FOR COMPANY, CANCELLATION LETTER IS ONLY VALID WITH COMPANY LETTER HEAD AND COMPANY CHOP.
b. TO CANCEL PERSONAL ORDERS, PLEASE EMAIL / SMS/ FAX/ MSN TO US.
4. For courier,In the event of our COURIER’S PARTNER_NON-SERVICE AREA(please refer to website), SELF-COLLECTION will be arranged within receipients, Special arrangementcan be made only upon request for delivery.

5. Please ensure that the RECEIPIENTS INFORMATION is correct and they’re still working in the company,If it is correct please CHOP & SIGN the P.O,NO REFUND will be made if the receipients information is incorrect.
